01 — About us
Capital, advisory and management in one group
Xterra Group is a Polish investment and advisory group. We combine capital with transaction and operational experience in energy, digital infrastructure, real estate and natural resources.
Where we invest, we often also manage. We have no externally imposed exit deadline, so we match the investment horizon to the asset, not to the calendar.
Own and partner capital
We invest our own capital or together with partners selected for a specific project. We take part in every investment, so our interests are aligned.
Flexible horizon
The pace and length of our involvement follow from the nature of the asset: from an advisory mandate to the multi-year development of a company or project.
Operational involvement
We don't stop at the transaction: we manage companies, prepare projects and take them through to commissioning.

- Majority and minority acquisitions of established companies, including where there is no successor
- Special situations: companies in restructuring and assets that need to be put in order
- Real estate: trading, development projects, purchase of properties with unresolved legal status
- Buy-and-build: consolidating fragmented industries
- Sell-side and buy-side M&A: preparation, valuation, finding counterparties, negotiations, closing
- Arranging financing: bank loans, project finance, mezzanine, equity partners at project level

- Local partner to strategic and foreign investors in energy, real estate and data centres
- Board seats, commercial proxy (prokura) and management contracts in portfolio and partner companies
- Interim management: CEO, CFO, COO for a fixed term
- Operational and financial restructuring
- Preparing a company for a transaction and planning the first months after acquisition
- Data centre, energy storage and renewable projects: land, zoning plans and land-use decisions, environmental decisions, 110 / 220 / 400 kV grid connections
- Owner's representative and project management: from concept through RTB and EPC to commissioning
- Real estate and project due diligence: legal, technical, planning, environmental
- Aggregates: securing deposits, preparing them for extraction, opening and operating the quarry

We match the structure to the project
Own investment
We invest on our own, with Group funds, when the size and profile of the project allow.
Co-investment
We bring in industry and financial partners. Each invests directly in the project company on agreed terms, and we participate alongside them.
Consortium
For complex undertakings we enter into a dedicated consortium agreement with industry, technology and financial partners.
